Went to the local GunShow today and............

Came home with a Colt.22 Stainless with a polymer grip. 4 1/2 inch barrel. Haven't shot it yet, but after "teardown and lube " tonight, I'll be ready tomorrow. I just don't know what model it is. The owners manual really doesn't say, unless I missed it somewhere. I've seen a few of these in the past few years at the gun shows, but I finally got one today. I don't have a digital camera, so I can't post pics at this time. Hope everyone had a great holiday!!! skynyrd1911

I am very poorly informed on Colts . compared with other makes ..... but if this is one of Samuel's own - by sound of it a nice piece. Enjoy.

I have the same gun, but with 6" barrel.

They are good 22's. I hate the script rollmark on the 4" slide, thats how I ended up with the 6", it has different rollmarks. They are very accurate and fun pistols. The 6" has a built in weaver rail on top.

I paid $320 new back in the 90's. They made them for 4 years, 94-98.
