West Edmonton Mall Gun Range

I was up at Whistler for a little vacation and one of the Canadian channels was being pummled by commercials for a range that is located in the West Edmonton Mall. They had handguns being fired at the range but I only saw rifles on the wall for sale.

I thought it was a little odd but pretty cool. Not many shooting ranges/gun stores at our malls.

I was there last month, was quite busy for late evening. I had to flap my mouth about the display of Desert Eagles, joking that big shiny things must be popular. Ok, but when the clerk mentioned I should have seen the gold one, I let an Uday joke slip out. All pretty harmless, until the guy behind me asks to see them, and says rather bluntly that he'd like to see the black one. I felt like an ass, lesson learned.

But I think they have cowboy action range there, they had a video playing, looked fun.

Note - have fun finding it! Lol. If you can park, there's even a good chance you might park at the right side of the mall. If you don't there's plenty of scenery to take in as you walk slowly behind slow-moving crowds across the largest shopping complex sadistic minds could devise.

So yes, there are other items, but it wasn't the biggest selection ever.
