What a Pistol!!!

Have to admit I have not been out to the range too often lately with the temps in the single digits and wind chill well below -15F. Today I went to the indoor range with my favorite gun - a Dan Wesson Patriot CBOB. I am practicing for an upcoming bowling pin match. That peice of steel shoots like a dream. I love this gun!
(No complaints, no problems, just wanted to tell everyone how happy I am with this beauty).

How did you shoot through all of the snow?

How many rounds through the gun? How old is it? I like hearing stories like this one since mine has had issues since the 600 rounds mark.

I have this gun for about a year and I bought it new. It is a post-CZ model. I would guess I have around 3.5K-4K rounds through it. Had some problems at first - premature slide lock, loose front sight, and getting dinged with fired casings. After DW repaired the slide stop and I locktighted the front sight roll pin, those problems disappeared. I still get dinged but it doesn't bother me enough to detract from my enjoyment of the gun. (Someday I would like to get that problem solved but I don't know how.)
