The "Outlaw 120" is signed by Master Gunsmith Larry Crow.
The basic gun is a Ruger Vaquero with all the parts discarded but the frame. The top strap is welded and reshaped for the classic Smith and Wesson rear sight. The barrels are machined octagon from Shelin XX Match blanks to 4-inch. The front sight is McGrinin gold bead for a clear fast sight picture. Cylinders are custom CEWG chambered in the timeless 45 Colt. Birds head grips and frames, Bisley hammers, free spin pawls, with all internal parts fitted and tuned. They are stainless steel with a matte finish, sights, hammers, pins and screws are polish blue with micarta grips.

That little big Outlaw certainly looks good Gary, as in it visually talks the talk... how well does it walk the walk? (RANGE REPORT!) Is it still a six shot or did Mr. Crow make it a 5-shot?

Sweet!

Looks like it got signed all over by somebody!

IMO: A little less laser etching would go far to make it more classy looking!

Whats with your black nail polish, it does not go with the gun you are holding!:D

I agree. Get rid of any non-factory markings and it wouldbe nicer I think. Not big on the glossy finish on the cylinder either. I like the octagon but would've gone a little longer. Just my prefernces. The birdshead grips also seem out of proportion on the lg frame Rugers. Again, just me
I do really like the blued hammer and pins contrasting with the matte stainless finish. Nice!

Gotta ask though...what's the "outlaw 120" in reference to?

Parts of it I do like, such as the front sight, octagon barrel, birds-head grip frame and Bisley hammer, but this new trend of inletting an adjustable rear sight into a fixed-sight sixgun leaves me a bit puzzled. Although not quite as elegant, those protective "ears" on the Ruger Blackhawks and Bisleys serve to protect the rear sight to some extent, and moreover, I have come to really like the Bowen Classic Arms rear sights made to replace the Ruger adjustable rear sights. The large lettering engraved on a sixgun also leaves me cold. I am not being critical of the gunsmith; he makes what his customers want, and if a customer wants this stuff, that is also OK, just not my cup of tea.

I like the basic pistol, but like others think the engraving is overdone and the smooth cylinder reminds me of some cheaper sixguns I have seen.Add a little brass and ivory grips and I'd buy one.

I'm sure it's a nice shooter and all but....... It looks like a toy that you'd buy at tourist trap to me.
No offense intended!

Looks like something Tuco slapped together. Finally something to give "The Raging Bull" competition in the ridiculous barrel etching category
