What am I missing?

I'll agree with the other posters, you've got the mid range pretty well stocked, go larger or smaller.

Smaller:

25-06
6.5x55 (Euro-classic)
6.5 Creedmoor
260 Rem
270 WSM (just got one, love it)

Larger:

35 Whelen (Shooting the 250's, you can certainly lay the thump on something....anything)
.350 Rem Mag (80% Whelen length, 100% Whelen bite)
.375 H&H in a Ruger #1 (I may be projecting a bit here)
.405 Win (If you want to be a little different, Teddy Roosevelt style... which is the best style.)
45-70
458 win mag (Never shot one, but I hear its pretty cool after you get your retinas taped back on)

I agree with 1911Fan nothing in the 4's. You've got the bases covered. I have a beautiful .458 Socom. It makes a right nice bag and a big hole. My next purchase is the .338 Lupia. I can't wait.
