I found these in a box marked small and large primer tool. The one above is a RCBS priming plunger and cup the ones below are the same size with out the threads and hole to tighten.

Pretty sure the early (1970/80s) RCBS plungers, for the press mounted pivoting priming arm, weren't threaded, but were held in place with a allen-head grub screw.
 
It's the stems and cups from an RCBS priming arm for a Rock Chucker type press. These parts sit on the end of the swinging primer arm. A spring pushes up on the cup. There are 2 size cups and anvils to set large and small primers. There are several presses that use a very similar (if not exactly the same) set up.

They could be old style primer rams from an RCBS set up. The first one I had locked the ram in place with a set screw. The set screw split the arm after years of use, which I think is why they went to the new type thats threaded into the arm.

Just a guess
