What bullet puller works with WSM cases?

So today I went to the range with a sequence of new hunting loads I'm working on for my 300 WSM, and to make a long story short I stopped a couple grains before book max due to sticky-bolt-lift pressure signs (was working form min to max in .5gr increments). So I have some rounds that need to be pulled. I tried stuffing them in my RCBS Pow'r Puller & they will go in the hole w/ the collet, but the cap will not screw on over the round. So it does not in fact work with WSM cases despite the sales description. I hopped on Midway & I see reviews for one of the collet pullers (Forster) that says it is also too small for WSM cases. So, does anyone have a puller that they have used with WSM cases & know for sure it works?

I've given up on using a kinetic bullet puller and bought an RCBS collet bullet puller. The collet extends slightly below the die body so the only thing that enters into it is the bullet. I don't see how the Forster collet would work any differently.

I had the same problem. I found that the Lyman kinetic works great. It comes with a collet and cap big enough for the 300 or 270 Mag cases.

Thanks. The reviewer for the Forster said that the body diameter was too small for the WSM case to enter it. Good to know about the Lyman.

I use the Hornaday Cam Lock puller with my 300 WSM and it works well. No part of the brass goes up into the body
and the collet extends below the die body. Just have to get the correct collet to pull the wanted bullet.

I bought a different set of collets from Midway and they work perfectly in the RCBS Pow'r Puller, have been using them since 2005 when I bought my first WSM. I also roll a small piece of mouse pad and place it in the barrel of the puller so the point of the bullet slides into the pad instead of pounding into the bottom of the puller/

I've used an RCBS collet-type puller for decades. Case size won't matter at all, if it fits in your press. Nothing enters the collet except the bullet.

Edit: I've found the collet pullers to be much less destructive to bullets. You could load them again if you want to. The collet (if done right and not over-tightened) will not damage the bullet whatsoever. It's also much easier to then pour out the powder into your scale's measuring pan if that's what you need to do. I never use the kinetic puller anymore unless I'm disassembling something just to make it inert and throw away.

Thanks all, I think I'm going to get a collet puller, either Hornady or RCBS. Looks like Midway doesn't have either in stock, have to see what Sportsman's has on the shelf.
