That is a variation of the New Army/Navy, probably a commercial model. You didn't give enough information to be sure. The stocks are wrong for the time period, the model was dropped in 1907/08 and replaced with the Army Special, very different gun and much stronger and more modern in design. Your Colt is chambered for 38 Long Colt, never fire 38 Special in it, even though the 38 Special will chamber. That's it with so little information. A serial number (on the bottom of the frame) would help date your revolver.
