This is the 4th barrel in front of that bolt. Training gun- I run it till it breaks, fix, repeat.Looks like the extractor. How many rounds on that one?
Oops! Got a better look. Broke off just to the side of the extractor.
So about 200,000 plus rounds? This is the 4th barrel in front of that bolt. Training gun- I run it till it breaks, fix, repeat.
That number wouldn't surprise me. It has had a variety of different rounds through it, but the overwhelming majority is green tip. A distant 2nd place tie between M193 and steel case wolf, probably. I don't do round counts on this gun, and I don't even bother to gauge it, since its strictly a range training gun. In fact, I rarely even bother to do a "deep cleaning" any more- about all it gets is a wipe-down on the BCG, a chamber swabbing, more grease to the BCG, and motor oil applied with a paint brush to the exterior metal. So about 200,000 plus rounds?
