I got an old NewHaven 220K (Mossberg) from an old man at work, it is pretty rusty along the top of the barrel and can't find a serial# where do I need to look and would it be worth fixing?

House brand .22 LR rifle manufacturered by Mossberg. Probably good solid rifle but unlikely to be worth anything. Clean it up and shoot it if it is safe. You won't likely find a serial number becuase they weren't required back then.
