I have the EZ9 "standard" I love it. Actually shoot reloads and have yet to have any problems after 500+

Paid $429 new Good value in my opinion.

I have large hands and it fits wonderful

The Zastava pistols I've had were a mixed review. I had an M88 9MM that was junk when I got it, and after hours of work was still junk. One of the EZ40's I bought looked like a sig, shot like a sig, and was a very solid gun... except when you touched another piece of steel with it. It had very soft base metal in the frame, and it "nicked up" very easily... but as for a shooter, it was both reliable and accurate, and I enjoyed shooting it.

I have a full size Zastava EZ9 (9mm) for a few years and it has been flawless. It is a Sig 226 clone and is as good as the original. The pix you show is the EZ carry which is a compact version. It is vented on the top of the slide. EAA is no longer the importer/distributor and their stock is being sold out by CDNN. You can get a new EZ9 for $299 NIB through them in their new 2012 catalog---limited quantities. This is an absolute steal for a high quality handgun but act quickly at this price!

I have seen one of these at a LGS recently and have held it. It seems to be well made for the money. God Bless :)

I have had my eye on one of these also. Cosmetically a Sig P226. However from what I can ascertain, internally they are a Walther P-88. The P-88 is supposedly one of the finest, and certainly most expensive autoloaders ever made.

These are made by "Zastava" in Serbia, and are currently carried by the Serbian Military. All metal construction, chrome lined barrel, and 15 rd. magazine.

For $300 whats not to like? I think I will order one tommorrow!!

I believe that it was based off the Sig P series pistol no? I hear they're decent but ive never seen one up close before.

I have two Zastava pistols and I consider them quite well made. I have a very old original military M88 (acquired used) that has held up well to use over a dozen years with ammunition most people can't fire or won't fire. The CZ-99 I have owned longer and it has held up and worked like a champ for more than fifteen years. People often compare it with the SIG-Sauer 226.......the German gun has a nicer finish..... but I'll give up neither!
