What do you bring in your range kit?

safety glasses
ear plugs and ear muffs
mini flat head screw driver
pocket knife
binoculars
some extra ammo
need to add a few more things and probably forgetting some

I've pared my stuff down a lot over the years. Now, mostly disposable plastic drop cloth to collect the expensive brass my autoloaders insist on scattering to the wind.

glasses so I can see the front sight
amplified ear muffs with the switch in the off mode
extra ear plugs with fishing line attached so i can remove them when needed
screw driver
pocket knife
binoculars
pen and small note pad
rags
membership card
zip bags for spent cases
hand loads
guns
baseball cap
i think that about covers it.

Small first aid kit would come in handy. I started carrying one after one particular bad day at the range. First, I stapled a target to my hand. :banghead: Then 15 minutes later got stung by a red wasp that was hiding under the handle of the trash can. Not the same hand, so then both were hurting. lol

I didn't see anyone list Windex. Anybody else shoot corrosive commblock ammo? That's great for pouring down the barrel at the range to clean it out prior to a good cleaning at home.

The case under my Remmy holds all the hardware including a full dewey rod, and ammo and all that stufff.

Then I have my deployment bag, ALWAYS, with the usual food, water, medical, poncho liner, etc.

I use small plastic boxes made for keeping soap in my travel kit:
*tiny first aid kit: Bandaid, antibiotic ointment, sting neutralizer, aspirin
*tiny tool kit: Allen/torx wrench smittys, screwdriver with tips, small pliers
*tiny electrical kit: 2-AA, 1-9v, 1-2032 battery, tiny level (scopes)

A few dollars in cash and coins

Ziplock bag with paper towels, sunscreen, bug repugnant

Screw together cleaning rod, couple of patches

Small can WD-40

Small Rem Oil

Notebook, pencil, Sharpie pen

Earmuffs, plus some plugs

Bore light flashlight, small penlight

RO hat

10x24 binos

Ammo, magazines, sometimes a handgun

Protein bars

The spotting scope, tripod, chronograph, and strain gauge system go in a separate bag since I don't always use them.

I tend to travel pretty light.

Gun(s)
ammo
targets
hearing protection (both ear plugs and muffs)
light cleaning kit
Gun Scrubber
gun oil
Bottle of ammonium based glass cleaner because yes, I shoot corrosive primer
pliers and a hex bit screw driver kit
I've got a first aid kit in my vehicles

I might bring more on occasion, such as a spotting scope, more tools or a better cleaning kit, but not ordinarily.

I have been known to show up with nothing more than gun, ammo, and ear plugs.

I haven't seen anyone mention a torque screwdriver or torque wrench. It makes a huge difference in accuracy. Well maybe not "huge" but big enough to make me bring one with me to make sure everything important is torqued correctly. If I'm shooting my Savage MkII BTV I can cut my group size down by half by having the correct torque compared to having it too tight or too loose. And I modified that rifle to get it to hold more torque (pillar bedded). If I was going by the factory settings the torque would get off every 50 rounds or so because you can't tighten the actions screws enough to keep them in place.
