What does LTC stand for on Para LTC .45

Does anybody know what it stands for?

Not sure exactly what LTC translates to, but I know the LTC line is there tactical commander sized pistols with a 4 1/4 in barrel.

I am gonna guess and go with "Light Tactical Commander" since they all seem to have an alloy frame (light), light rail (tactical) and are commander size.

Lt Col......a take off on the Commander name from Colt. I had a LTC and it was a great 1911. I wish I had kept it.

I wasn't aware that it meant Lieutenant Colonel. That's cool.

In the navy a Commander is an O5. The equivalent rank in the Army and Air Force is LTC.
