It means exactly what it says.

It is a DAO without a need to reset it between shots.

A Glock is a DAO but if you are dry firing it you must rack the slide to reset the action.

The pistol in question is capable of a second strike without having to rack the slide.

That statement makes you think that there is disconnector to trip in between shots.

The lack of reset is one of the things I dislike about Glocks and the Kel-Tec P3AT. Of course in a gunfight if you hit a dud shell you should automatically rack the slide, but sometimes it's hard to do that if there's a bullet in your side/arm.
