What firearms are sitting in your bedroom night stand?

Bersa Mini-Firestorm .45 with 7 in the gun and another mag on standby. If you asked what was in the closet then I would of said a shottie with buck.

My side: Glock 23 with 155gr Federal Hydra-Shoks

Her side: Glock 30 with 230gr Remington Golden Sabers

Kimber Tactical Ultra with Crimson Trace laser grip.
S&W J frame with Crimson trace Laser grip.
A few others close by. :)

My side: S&W 1006 w/ 180 gr. Golden Sabres loaded to 1406 FPS

Her side: S&W 4506 w/ 185 gr. Gold Dots loaded to 1180 FPS

Nearby: Remington 870; 00 Buck, slug, 00 buck, slug, 00 Buck

I don't have a nightstand, but I have Walther P99 under the pillow(in a holster) and the P99 I carry goes on the floor next to the bed. I also have an extra mag and a Surefire G2 handy.

As we speak, there are 2 handguns on the night stand:

-CZ 75 Compact PCR / 9x19mm (with Speer Gold Dot 115s - will soon be changing to Double Tap 147s)
-Taurus Tracker 4" 5-shot revolver / .45 acp (with - what else? - Taurus Hex copper bullet 185s)

There is also a Rem 1100 in defensive config leaning against the dresser (5+1 of #4 Buck shot)

All are loaded. As soon as I can find one, the PCR will be replaced with a CZ 75 SP01 Tactical. I have gone through many iterations/changes in home defense guns over the years; ha.

Remington 870 Express Super Magnum alway next to the bed along with either Ruger Security Six .357 Magnum or S&W SW99 Compact .40S&W. I've started keeping a pistol on my nightstand in addition to the shotgun in light of a recent incident.

Right now I've got a two tone SIG 226 in 9mm with night sights loaded with 147 grain Ranger SXTs. Sometimes though I alternate between my Beretta 96 and Rock Island 1911. Along with a flashlight, pocketknight, spare mag, and Rubic's Cube. Sorry for the pic quality. It was taken with my camera phone. (which is normally near my gun as well, but I had to take the pic with something.)

Heh, you can also see my leoppard print sheets. They were so tacky I just couldn't resist.

Edit: I forgot. I also have my AR propped up in the corner.

Double barrel 12 gauge side by side. I can fire both barrels at the same time if needed! ! Oh and some extra shells!

I bought a Springfield Armory XD holster for $10 at Turner's, but then discovered that it holds the pistol far too tight for casual clothing. But I didn't waste that $10 bucks. This is not as concealed as Armoredman's setup, but I think it will do fine. I think you can see from the pics how I dremeled the pilot holes and installed it.

When I am lying down, I have this within easy reach:

I think an 11 round mix of 230 Hydra-shok, Silvertips and FMJ should get me to the safe at least. ;) Got kiddoes in the house so the pistol goes back in to the safe in the morning.

Walther P99 .40, 6 hollow points.

Ok I give, why only six?

Mine varies but smart money is on one SIG or another. Currently at this very moment.....

Course that SIG P220ST is only to fight my way back to these. :D

Sitting next to me at this very moment is a Ruger SP101. So the Ruger lets me fight my way to the SIG which lets me fight my way to the Shotties which let me fight my way to the autochucker rifles which allow me to fight my way to the................well we don't discuss what those lead to. :neener:

I'm still trying to figure out how you guys get your personal pics up on here. Things are looking good ..... and I'm looking a little outgunned. ;)

Not much to talk about my nightstand. Just a bunch of old rifle magazines and past tax records in there. The only weapon inside is a combat knife in it that I bought back 5 years ago in Alexandria Bay. Nice sharp blade though. Next to the nightstand, between mattress and box spring, is the pistol. Under the bed resting on the floor is the 870.

I sleep with confidence.

P97DC W/Winchester 230gr. my side Rem 870 2 3/4 low recoil loads her side and mag locks on the kennels.

You can use photobucket, but I use tinypic. Get the image on your computer, "browse" with tinypic, then it gives you the code to use, (IMG for the message boards here,) Post what ya want, put the link in, then preview.

Alternately, you can find a pic of "your" gun at the website for it. For example, say I go buy a CZ75 and that is the gun I want to put up a pic of. If I can't take a pic, I go to:
http://www.cz-usa.com/01.detail.php?id=29
And right click on the image I want. Either click on "Copy image location" or click on "Properties" from "Properties" you will get a window that shows the hypertext for the image. Select and copy that, (If you picked "Copy Image Location", you already did this.

Now click on the little IMG icon in your post editing box and insert the copied text. If you did it right, it should look like this in the post:

It's generally considered bad form to steal someone's bandwidth by linking to pictures on their server. It would be better to just post a picture of your own CZ (as I'm sure the images on their website are copyrighted).
