What guns have you seen that broke their slide stops?

I have heard of CZ's breaking them from time to time, but I have not head of any other gun doing this. But that may be just me and my limited exposure to other pistols.

Have any of you seen other guns break their slide stops? If so, tell us about it.
 
I've heard of some, what I've personally seen are...

-Older CZ-75b
-A couple of various 1911 style packages (heavily used IPSC style guns)
-Bersa Thunder 380
-Old SIG 226 (that showed bad signs of abuse and heavy wear)
-Taurus PT111
-Taurus PT140 (that showed some signs of abuse)

So let's say a handfull out of the many, many firearms I've seen in my lifetime.
