Actually, it was the sewing machines (1870 to 1894) and typewriters that made Remington successful and famous. They were both exhibited at the 1876 Philadelphia Centennial Exposition.
The typewriter Remington introduced had the first shift key to do CAPS and the first QWERTY keyboard.
But I'll vote for the Rolling Block. And the 541-S and all of the other .22 rimfires they've made.
