I'm not sure how much he reads the boards these days so I will at least let you know he is alive & somewhat well. He has, and had been dealing with some health issues and the last time I seen him he wasn't doing too badly.

I spent Jan & Feb in AZ with my brothers , and a day with Sam as he came up to visit us and spend the night. He and my oldest brother have been friends for some time.
We spent the evening swaping lies and having a good time.

    Hi Sam !! :neener:

I was thinking about him just the other day, too. If you're peeking in here: Howdy Sam!

Yeah, I'm glad to hear he's doing OK... I usually don't ask questions when people disappear but I think he's gone a while inbetween posts on a couple occasions.

Hope all is going well for him. :(

Sam does not get lost - he explores alternate routes.

When he and I last exchanged emails, he informed me he was "doing allright and getting there".

Oh - had a new map of routes, he was having a ball with it seems, "everyone sets the map to North...missing out by not turning to the other 3 points. Amazing the number of alternate routes that open up." :D

Sam you are missed my friend.

    Welcome back Sam.

Our sage has spoken. Like the Aeolians just returned from the Delphi Oracles, let us debate his message so that we may appreciate in full the wisdom he sought to impart upon us. Pass the beer. :p

I've had a few, too, but I'm straight enough to know I'm glad to hear from C.R. Sam.
