Well, Cocked and Locked, for close to $2K I expect a revolver to be pretty much of Freedom Arms quality. So that means a line bored cylinder, minimal to no play in the cylinder at full lock up, an extremely tight barrel cylinder gap of .003 or less, and fit and finish of a quality that is a cut above the rest.
At $1K an Anaconda is an interesting alternative to a Ruger or a S&W, and is probably worth the extra coin. Pushing $2K it is competing against more or less hand made, hand fitted custom and semi custom revolvers, and frankly it isn't in the same league. At least the ones I have handled weren't.
