What is the last gun that you bought?

Ruger 4" Redhawk in .45 LC.

I had a 5.5" .44 mag years ago that was very accurate but just too darn big & heavy to be a belt gun. I made the mistake of picking up the 4" .45 out of curiosity and fell instantly in love. Still no fly-weight, it IS very noticeably lighter & trimmer, plus I REALLY like the new Houge grip that comes on the 4-inchers. I think with a Simply Rugged holster and stout belt it ought to make a fine carry piece for back country exploring. Color me one Happy Camper! :)

Lewis Machine and Tool MRP CQB with an Aimpoint Micrp Dot sight. Geissele trigger and KAC back up sights are on the way.

Had its first outing yesterday at a free range. Tried double-taps, triple-taps, single and double action.

After about 20 rounds I was starting to bleed around the web of my hand. This is no range gun but it's a solid defensive carry. Needless to say, the trigger is excellent.

The last gun I bought will be my (1 year old today) grandson's 1st gun! A classic Savage model 24C .22/20ga Camper. When I was a boy my dad used to love to take me window shopping looking at guns. He always stopped and lingered over that Savage. Dad's been gone for quite a while now, but, when I was trying to think of a meaningful 1st B-day gift GunBroker came to the rescue.
I know my grandson's mom and dad will keep it safe and secure so it will be there ready when he is.

Yesterday, I bought a: Metro Arms "American Classic II", a 1911 pistol. It's so sweet and shoots very tight groups. I am impressed with the little ragged hole it left at 15 yards! I needed another target as I was just shooting through the empty spot.

bought a MKIII hi-power clone 6 months ago. made by FEG in the 80's but stamped with FN markings for the Iraqi army. i took the mag safety out and she shoots like a dream!

last gun

I just got a new Gen 3 Glock 19 for a handgun class in Aug. Got 5 additional mags.

Put a NY1 trigger in it. Waiting for a 3.5 connector and a set of Heinie Straight 8 Slant Pros

Going to the gun range on Thurs to do some plumbing ( and shoot my new gun :) ).

I also got a LW .40 to 9mm conversion bbl and extractor for my glock 23. I'll have to see how reliably it functions. It will be a backup for that class if it's relatively reliable.

Garand

Saturday at the CMP store at Camp Perry, Ohio ....picked up an M1 Garand.

Not quite a gun yet, but I'm working on it; she's an HK-32 clone. She's a pistol, soon to be sporting an arm brace; as you can tell she's chambered in 7.62x39 and her soul purpose is to rock my world with my registered sear ... meet Natasha ;)

I like that gun. Did you get it through slickguns, I think I saw it recently a couple times there? Is it the PTR 915 ?
Cai has a 223 model on slick guns for 5 hundred, I believe yours is in a almost twice that.

The one CIA has is the C-93 pistol & carbine, I'll be lucky to only have twice the price of the C-93 in it when I'm done ... I picked up one of the C-93 pistols also to use with my registered sear, the finish is really crappy on it and it took a little work to get it to run reliably but it's fun too, I like it better than my MP5 clone ... I was going to SBR it but now with the advent of the arm brace I'm just going to go that route on both for the occasions when I don't have the sear in it ... Here's the C-93 pistol with the sear;

I'll see your mortar, and raise you a KPV

Thinkin' I'll do a "sub-caliber" conversion to mere 50BMG so I don't go broke and/or to prison feeding it :D (this smaller size might make a semi-auto rebuild easier, too)

No good pictures of an operator touching off a 14.5...pity.

I haven't received it yet,,,

But Friday I ordered a Bersa Thunder Pro UC in 9mm.

I'm a bit of a Bersa fan-boy as it is,,,
I own a Thunder 22 and a Thunder 380,,,
Both of these pistols have been fine performers.

A few weeks back I got to fire a friends Pro UC,,,
It's not much bigger than my Thunder 380,,,
It weighs a bit more and is a bit thicker.

Anyways, I liked it,,,
So I ordered one.

Just got back from Dicks sporting goods. They had a sale where a basic Ruger 10/22 was $199 but then $25 off for the sale. $174 for a new Ruger. I couldn't pass it up.
