What is the last gun that you bought?

I bought a Rock Island .22tcm/9mm. I've yet to find out why,the .22tcm got my wants up I guess.
I want one of these as well. The TCM has some impressive ballistics and I like the platform using 1911 and 9mm.
Maybe a passing wildcat like the rest, but I still want one :)

Gun buyer was offering $150 trade in for a older version LC9 to upgrade to the new LC9s. They are listing it at $309.00
So we can upgrade for $159.00 but I decided to stick with what I have. I can do better than $150 if I were to decide to part with it.

Canik TP9SA.

Me too! My local Academy Sports had one in the case about 4-5 months ago, the first one I'd been able to handle. The price was within $20 of what I'd pay on Gunbroker+shipping+FFL fee. I passed on it, and found myself regretting it.

Last weekend, I stopped in and even though there wasn't one in the case, I asked if they had one in stock. Sure enough, there was one in the back that had just arrived. I didn't pass a second time.

Unfortunately, I have been so busy that I haven't shot it yet.

My wife bought me a .22TCM/9 combo last Christmas. It is probably my FAVORITE handgun to shoot, and I have a dozen to choose from. I shot nines through it exactly once, just to say I did; the TCM is so much more fun. I can see a need to upgrade it a bit here and there, but the cartridge is amazing and even the low-end RI 1911 is a heck of a weapon.

They are really great firearms. I've always been a "regular" color/finish gun guy but that desert tan color really stuck out to me so I had to get that one.

I'm not sure there is a better bang for the buck out there.

Win 1873 made in 1884 in 44-40.

I got it from the great great grandson of the original owner, who lives on the original homestead ranch.
The rifle was used in skirmishes on the homestead with the Pawnee. The rancher is a liberal and does not want the rifle to be on the ranch. I helped him out.

Tactical Mossberg 500 persuader !

Was out shooting over the weekend with some friends. Took out my two new guns, a Dan Wesson VBOB and my ruger AR556 . Dan Wesson was remarkable..... The ruger on the other hand failed miserably. Needless to say I sold the next day and got me a new shotgun. I am certain the Mossberg will function every time just like my 1911. As for the AR platform.... Back to AK'S for me.

Now that I have had some range time with the TP9SA, I love everything about it except the trigger safety - mine catches and feels grunchy. One you get it disengaged, the trigger is excellent and it shoots well.

I suppose I better chip in on this thread .

My last purchase was a Rossi Model 971 compinsated in .357 mag. I bought it with a broken firing pin. Found a new old stock firing pin and while installing it I found the reason the first one had broken. (restricked vertical movement in the hammer slot). I fixed that and install the new FP . Shoots great

After careful consideration and hours of research, last week I purchased a Remington 700 SPS Tactical in 308 Winchester, mounted a 2-7x Redfield on it and it has become my new favorite.
Took it straight over to my son's house to show him and he laughed and pulled the exact same rifle out of his gun safe only he had a 3-9x Redfield on his.
Raised that boy right!
Anyway, main purpose of my rifle is mainly going to be for shooting paper and steel though I am using it for deer hunting next week.
Though it has it's drawbacks, I highly recommend the Hogue stock it comes with. With that stock and the heavy barrel, recoil is absolutely not noticeable and at my age, I would notice.

Springfield Compact Range Officer, used, but very lightly, only one magazine even has a mark on it. All the factory goodies, box, warranty card, the whole shebang. I almost felt guilty at $450. Almost.

S&W 52-1, it didn't take much for me to adopt it, as I reload 38 special anyway, and have molds for the wadcutter it uses.

It has a set of herret target grips on it.

I needed a period correct flintlock for 1770-1816 period. Was going to build one since I had built many percussion guns. That all changed when I found this slightly used gun.

Very nice .36 cal like new. Only had it since Wednesday so only have shot it a few times but am very happy with the results.
