What is the last gun that you bought?

I picked up three guns this last month.
a Marlin XS7 in .308,
a Stevens 200 in .223,
and a Nagant 91/30

It's been a good month.

This Winchester M1885 BPCR in 45/70. Winchester's ad said it came with sights. It did not . Those dirty birds :fire:

Anyway, the wood is highly figured and the case hardening is eyepopping.

It will take a while to build up $650 for the sights.

Does an AR upper count? It is complete, so it is mostly a gun. Other than that, the last thing I bought that could go bang out of the box was a Gen4 Glock. Yeah, that's right...itjams every round, the grip routinely falls off and fails, the RTF finish makes my hands bleed and it kabooms after every shot just like all the internet rumors. If you ask me, the finish could still be very much more rough in order to satisfy me, and everything except for that weird grip angle is ok by me. Nothing wrong with it, I just have to adjust my habits. I refuse to buy into that "Perfection" crap, as nothing or no person is ever perfect. It's my first polymer, and since I'm on a polymer kick I'll be adding an XD next and maybe an M & P. I'm all about flavor within my collection and I hate to sell a gun that shoots well or is fun to shoot recreational.

You know, my guns are internet rumor free. My Glock functions just fine (we'll see after I reach my 2000 round "keep it or sell it" point) and my Kimber both never jams and is accurate (with wilson combat mags anyway, well past my 2000 round mark). I also own accurate, reliable 1911's with 3.5" barrels and snubby revolvers that are reasonably accurate. :D

XD 45 "service" model. BEST GUN I HAVE EVER OWNED! I actually took it to the 50 yd. range and landed 11 out of 13 rounds on a sheet of paper. It was the funnest trip to the range I've ever had. I put about 120 rounds through that gun. I even fired off the defensive ammo I had with me.

My new Mosin Nagant 91/30 from Farm & Fleet. My only problem is I can't fix the bayonet that came with it. I've even ground away parts of the bayonet that I thought was catching on it.

gunnutery, I had the same problem with my bayonet. I picked up a 91/30 last month. I didn't grind on it but seriously considered it. I whacked mine with a rubber mallet but I just had to whack it even harder to get it off(it still didn't go on all the way.

Autumsdad, I think I'll grind a little more, but it's not like I really need it anyway. I only stopped due to lack of time. I'll try to let you know how it works out.

I like the idea that those beautiful revolvers were considered "carry guns" in the old west. Nice piece Paul

Last firearm I purchased is my STI .45 ACP Target-Master, 1911....love it, no I REALLY love it, great shooter, accurate, and simply fun to fire....

Too damned expensive to shoot the way I used to, hundreds in a sitting, but I still go through at least a 50 round box or so every week.

Gotta love the big-bore.

Wow, that picture of the 40, in this post has seen a ton of the old " in-out---in-out "...like something that has been, well, in and out a lot...

Ime Out.....Yowzaaaa.......

Bought three within a short space of time: Beretta 92FS, S&W M&P 340CT, and Walther P99AS.

Old Ruger .357mag. Looks a little like the 1958 Mod 14 S&W 4". Shoots about the same except not as front heavy as the S&W. (shooting .38 spec. of course.) Fired it Friday in back of the shop. Gotta wait til Tuesday to pick it up.
