What is the last gun that you bought?

How about the last gun I built? ;)

Oh, I didn't realize buying parts counted, too! In that case:

I hate the grip pod, but it was free and my son likes to use it when shooting prone. I apologize for the rifle being in such good shape, I haven't had a chance to beat it up yet. :)

Oh wow.. Driderx... I'm just sayin' some guns ya like n some ya don't... it's just a gun.... dont' let it ruin your day...

Well, that's a good thought, Big B, but it's nowhere near that for me :). (Or should that be "not yet"?)

I think I'm just particularly disappointed because it's Ruger, a company whose products and philosophy have made it probably my favorite gunmaker over the last 30+ years. So to see one of my favorite Ruger models made worse because of what I consider "philosophical" choices (such as the inclusion of a magazine safety) just disappointed me more than it would have from some other gun brand and model.

Besides, it still goes "bang," so by definition it's still a good gun :D.

Here is my latest purchase(gift from fiance), SS SA Mil-Spec 1911, got it yesterday, so far very impressed.

Just a couple weeks ago: LE FRANCAISE "TYPE POLICEMAN" .25acp semi-auto.

Unusual way the mag is released, I've never seen before on ANY gun, and that releases the barrel to tip up. Also, it is double action, which is a great feature. Neat little rig.

reminds me of the tarus pt-25?

Security-Six with a 4" barrel from a pawnshop.

Pawn shops can be a great place for good deals now and then. I just picked up a 1992 Taurus Model 82 (think Smith Model 15) from a local shop. Taurus used to know how to make guns back then.

1968 Colt 1911. The blueing on this gun just can't be duplicated these days. Can't wait to shoot this baby!

Last gun I bought?
Norinco 213 ... love it!

Last one that found its way into my collection?
Firestorm .45 'GOVT ... can't wait to shoot it.

I was unable to resist the call of a Henry "US Survival" (AKA the AR7) as a new toy.
Now I need another kind of magazine, at least they're small, I'll have room in the magazine organizer somewhere, I guess.
