Oh, I didn't realize buying parts counted, too! In that case:How about the last gun I built?
I hate the grip pod, but it was free and my son likes to use it when shooting prone. I apologize for the rifle being in such good shape, I haven't had a chance to beat it up yet.

Well, that's a good thought, Big B, but it's nowhere near that for me

)I think I'm just particularly disappointed because it's Ruger, a company whose products and philosophy have made it probably my favorite gunmaker over the last 30+ years. So to see one of my favorite Ruger models made worse because of what I consider "philosophical" choices (such as the inclusion of a magazine safety) just disappointed me more than it would have from some other gun brand and model.
Besides, it still goes "bang," so by definition it's still a good gun

Rossi Coach Gun 20ga. Was looking for a Stoeger CG Supreme, none were to be found at the gun show, this was $250 OTD. Some mushrooming on the firing pins, ordered a couple more while they are still available.
reminds me of the tarus pt-25?Just a couple weeks ago: LE FRANCAISE "TYPE POLICEMAN" .25acp semi-auto.
Unusual way the mag is released, I've never seen before on ANY gun, and that releases the barrel to tip up. Also, it is double action, which is a great feature. Neat little rig.

Pawn shops can be a great place for good deals now and then. I just picked up a 1992 Taurus Model 82 (think Smith Model 15) from a local shop. Taurus used to know how to make guns back then.

I was unable to resist the call of a Henry "US Survival" (AKA the AR7) as a new toy.
