What is the last gun that you bought?

Oh and I just put a Kahr CW45 on layaway :)
I just put my first gun on Layaway (more so an attempt to curtail my buying than anything else--I'm spreading the payments out the entire 90 day duration to see if it is something that works for me). So far so good though I've been tempted to just pay it off and get on with it.

Very nice Remington 1911 by the way!

-Cheers

Yeah I have Been doing layaway more to slow my buy down then anything else. Doesn't cost any interest/fees. I rather not take $ from savings to buy a gun. And at the end of the week when I have my play money sorted out I just make a payment

Recently picked up a Saiga 7.62x39. It's not very pretty for pictures right now though, as it currently looks like this ..heh. Awaiting my conversion parts with great anticipation.

I'd been trying to decide between a Gen4 G19,FNS-9 and a Walther PPQ for a few months. After studying, fondling and shooting the three I tried a Caracal C.It has a lower bore axis than a Glock, better trigger than the PPQ and the best ergos out of the bunch.I put 250 pleasing rounds through it.

I Got this a couple days ago.It's a Caracal C.

Got a Taurus 7-shot .357/.38 with a 4 inch barrel on lay-away right now at my local mom-and-pop gun shop. (For the life of me, I can't remember the Model number. That's what I get for looking through a Ruger catalog for the past 45 mins.)

Tradded for two today, Mossberg 100ATR in .308 and a Win. 1400 .20ga. auto. both look nice the Win. is real nice but probably trading matterial.... May keep the Win.

Just picked up a used Kahr CW9 last week, wanted something for CC that has a little more punch than my P380 but not as thick as my 26 G4. Good thing about used- cheaper and already broken in! Also came whit 2 mags.

most recent purchase: I took in an SKS on trade for a new rifle, since the sks was used I took it out back and shot it off the bench. Not very accurate but I liked it enough to "book-it" to myself ;) with commie junk ammo getting 4 moa..
at least it is not a stamped receiver :barf: but those Saigas are nice rifles, sold a bunch without complaints

Stamped receiver SKS rifles are exceptioally rare and quite valuable. Last on I had sold several years ago for $800 within minutes of putting it on our site.

Personally, I prefer the Albanian ones, just 'cos they are different looking.

yes sir, I understand the stamped SKS is rare and therefore more valuable, I just have a dislike for rolled & stamped sheet metal receivers

Recently picked up an LCR-22 at a good price. I'm learning to like it. It's no beauty but it's light, rugged, accurate, and the heavy trigger is starting to lighten up a bit.

Fills a role as a casual plinker, light woods gun, trainer for new shooters, etc. I wouldn't feel unarmed with 8 rounds of CCI SGB in the cylinder.

Last guns acquired

Picked up two on same day, last Wednesday. First was a Dixie Gun Works .45cal Black Powder Derringer. An hour later I bought a 1969 C series Belgian Browning Hi-Power.
