I bought a comptac belt holster for my Glock 19. The comptac is a great holster, but it's not as concealable as I'd like.

I have a Galco concealable that I use to carry a Sig P239 SAS. I like it just fine, but the Sig is more concealable than the Glock.

What is your most concealable OWB holster and, would it work on the Glock? I ask, because maybe the Glock just isn't that concealable.

I have two basic Don Hume pancakes (model 721 OT) and they really snug up close and tight. Very secure. Nice fit... I carry open top, even with a Commander in condition 1. My daily carry is a Taurus PT-111 in the same holster and it carries very comfortably.

They don't break the bank, and if you order through Gunner's Alley, there's a good chance they'll have it in stock if it's for a popular handgun. If not, 4 weeks is typical for special order's.

If your carrying a heavier side arm, get a double thickness 1-3/4" belt and you'll be very happy you did.

SSN Vet, I also have a couple Don Hume open top holsters. They are great. I just ordered one for my Springfield Armory EMP. I'm expecting to really like it. With the OT, I could carry OWB with just a t-shirt.

Kydex paddle from Fobus.

I hate to admit it, but, in this application, for me, plastic tops leather.

Its stormy weather outside, maybe I won't get struck by a bolt of lightning.

IWB is another ball game.

My Sourdough Panckake by Simply Rugged is ironically my most concealable OWB (even though revolvers tend to be bulkier than autos).

I think its because of how high it covers the gun

They make a similar holster for autos called the Cuda but I'm not sure it covers as much of the gun as the Sourdough.

But I convert all my Pancakes to IWB.

Also the Model 1 Pancake I got from Lobo Gun Leather is almost as good OWB as it is IWB.
here's the review I posted of it.

Glock sport/combat holster will probably hide that G19 better than anything and cost you $12, and it's made by Glock.

the glock 19/23 etc size glocks are very very concealable. The best most concalable OWB holster that i have found is Raven concealment.

A very VERY loose shirt over an OWB holster carrying a XD-40.

And when I go from the VolksRepublik of NY into a Free State like Vermont, PA, or New Hampshire, the shirt gets tucked in, and I show it off. :)

Real Python just looks soooooo darned nice....

Don't have it any more (it went with a pistol I sold), but my Bianchi Shadow had a pretty high ride, and held the gun close to my body. I used to wear the British Woolly Pully military sweaters a lot, and they'd hide the holster and pistol pretty well, and they weren't loose sweaters by any means.

+1 on the Bianchi Shadow. I have one I carry my full size Sigma in (holster was meant for a G20, but fits the sigma nicely)

A Tagua pancake for my S&W 638 which also fits my 3" SP-101. Tagua also makes a OWB for a 1911 that works extremely well for both my Colt OM and RIA Gov't.

High Noon slide guard for 3in Kimber
Don Hume 721 OT works just as well and the gun is not as high
