I went with foreign policy... was surprised to see less than 4% especially concerned with our imperialistic world view and meddling in so many different nation's business... seems to be a major reason we needed a homeland security dept in the first place.

I would place immigration reform a very close second.

I believe foreign policy is a function of the desire to achieve and maintain prosperity. Isolationism has consequences.

Switzerland definitely does not practice isolationism. Today, their economy and monentary stability relies heavily on foreign investments. The Swiss practice protectionism, protecting the domestic economy by imposing trade barriers on foreign goods.
