Depends on personal priorities. Most gun people who had to choose to buy a house or to buy NFA goodies; would buy a house. Some wouldn't.

Take me, for example. I've got a real house. Paid for. But, for years, I've been spending money on firearms that should have been saved for maintenance and remodeling, Just picked up a Gemtech suppressor in August and a Dan Wesson Razorback this month. Two months. I haven't bought a single gallon of paint.

there are some high end airsoft guns that have some heft to them. with all metal bodies and metal gears and batteries could push the quilt down like that. dont think the SBRs are real cant say on the handgun.
