Are all pistol accessory rails the same? Will the Glock light: http://glockmeister.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/6_57/products_id/320 attach to my rail?

Gun tests gave the Glock light a favorable review and it's the only light for around $100 that looks like it will hold up. I'm not sure if Glock has a proprietary rail. They said the Springfield light had poor battery contacts and flashed during firing.

Do you have any other recommendations for lights less than $100? I don't want to use an adapter.

How about a good light in your hand Has worked for years and doesn't clutter up pistol. Yes I am old and think this stuff is just trash :D

Not to mention a good Maglite can go a long ways when thwarting an attacker, besides the gun in your hand, of course. :)
