A friend told me that the language on this sword was Welsh, that's all i know about this one. So, can anyone tell me where it is from and what kind it is?

There were actually different levels of quality produced in the Lord of the Rings swords from the movies.

Look for the manufacturer's mark. United Cutlery made a licensed replica that is numbered.

Utter garbage abounds as well.

There are also better quality "inspired" pieces.
