What, me Uniform?

I prime with an old RCBS priming die, Win, RP, Starline, FC, you name it, and I've never had a problem seating a primer below flush with very little effort, never had any cylinder binding either? CCI's are my exclusive primer too.

My thoughts are that someone enjoys any and all elements of reloading, and found a new toy to play with. Heck, I like reloading and everything it represents so much, that I even trim handgun brass, all of it, not just wheel gun brass. And I have considered uniforming the pockets, I might just give that a try, it does look fun!

I have no excuse for not unfirming primer pockets, I use the RCBS Case Prep Center. Pick up a case, do the primer pocket then flip the case and do the neck including using a brush for the neck and inside of the case.

Thinning of the area above the primer pocket, I have found case head thickness difference of .060". There are reloaders that use the primer pocket uniformer to clean the primer pocket.
