It's a 627 PC , 8-shot , 25/8" bbl , Millett sights . Lew Horton limited run they did a couple years ago .

We had 3 to sell in our store . I never gave them a thought until I saw the movie . Sitting in the theater , I noticed it and decided I needed one . Of course we had already sold them .

they made the first version for Lew Horton in 99 or 2000 then a batch of 5.5" direct through the performance center. Several variations followed. I got one of the 5" pc models and wrote it up for a defunct webzine that was actually a money laundering/ tax dodge scheme. It is still on the web achive/ wayback machine here:

note that it uses optional moon clips. It proved well enougth that they really can get 8 chambers lined up with the barrel. It shot great groups. Miculek can work one of these like a grease gun.

I almost sold it a while back for extra X-Mas cash

We all make mistakes, glad I came to my senses

Sevenshot that sure is a sweet gun .I dont think ,I would ever sell that. But if you ever do think about me HE,He:evil:

Thanks Kahr carrier

I saw a still from the movie in a magazine last night, and Clint's gun clearly has a fluted cylinder.

The "standard" 627 does not. I know of one gun that was sent back to S&W to have a fluted cylinder installed, but why would they do that for the movie? I think the non-fluted looks much more "bad a%#"

Do they say anything about the gun in the movie, or is it just there?

I GOTTA rent this one

Hello, I just had to resurrect this old thread because as I remember it, Clint had a pretty cool looking revolver in that movie.

Does anyone have a picture of it they can post?

Oh - and if you have one of these for sale, I want first dibs! :)
