With Henry announcing all their centerfire lever action rifles will now have a side gate, what else do you want them to make in the next year?

-I'd like to see Henry try their hand at a revolver. Dunno what exactly, just want them to make one.

-If Ruger isn't going to do it, I'd like Henry to make semi automatic .357 and .44 Mag tube fed rifles with a side gate.

-I wouldn't mind some super magnum lever actions like .357 Maximum or .454 Casull. I know, I know, no way a .357 Max will ever get made because no ammo, but .454 has a chance. I mean, if Rossi's making one, why aren't others?

-I think a 9mm and .45 ACP/.45 Super lever action would sell. Sounds silly, but near anything in 9mm sells and we know there's an interest among even casual gun owners to own Western themed guns. Making some in popular handgun calibers that are relatively inexpensive would generate interest and possibly get more people into the CAS sport.

A Long Ranger in 358 win with a 20 inch barrel with threads. And open sights. And take down :)

They made (or make) the .327 already.

I would like for them the thread more of their line, the market is there and it would cost them little while increasing sales. The single shots should be a no brainer to thread.

Before Henry does anything new I'd like them to catch up on production of their current line.
After that they should add a custom shop.
Then they could add that 45acp lever gun.
Please - no revolvers or semi auto rifles. Bolt guns? Maybe.

If Henry made the original style Ruger 44 carbine, I'd be down with that!
Love 44 Mag but not even remotely interested in lever guns.

I would love Henry to adapt their Long Ranger rifles to use military style magazines like AR-15 & M1A (M14), but I do wonder if the lever throw might be a problem.

Yes, that's what I've been told is the reason they designed it so the magazine floor plate is flush. Maybe some after-market outfit will come out with an alternate solution. I think a higher capacity magazine would be a real winner for that rifle.

a henry or marlin sidegate 9mm lever would get my attention. The sidegate has me looking, but making it in 9mm would probably sell me, and I would pay more for it. It sounds stupid, when the ballistics are the same as 38spl, but ammo availability, ammo cost are a thing. The RN bullets universal to 9mm (355) feed great in lever actions, but he RN for .38 (357) are getting harder to find.
On top of that, I have a dedicated progressive press in 9mm. I think if would be more popular than people think.

Could probably drop a significant portion of their products.....too many variations of the same things.

But I want to see a 450 Bushmaster Long Ranger to compliment the 450 BM single shot that was just added to the site.

It would be a novelty gun but it would be stinking cool if they made a gun mimicking a volcanic at least externally. 9mm or .380 would be the optimal cartridge to do it with as the original volcanic guns used rocketball caseless ammo and had no extractor, so a small case dump (bottom eject?) and small extractor could be fit into the action and concealed inside of a volcanic-ish reciever. Yes I want the pistol, and yes I want it to be complete with the tiny ring lever.

Mmm. A .38 Spl top break along the lines of the old S&W pocket top breaks. Preferably DA/SA. Also, a good quality SxS shotgun.

With Ruger holding Marlin's reins now, Henry's gonna have to step up their game.

I'd like to see them expand their single shot line to rimfires, honestly. Personally, I'd buy the first 22lr or 22WMR brass single off the line. Or, how about a 22 Hornet or a 32 mag? Itd be like owning a newly made took rifle, which is something I've always wanted.

As others said, how about a pump designed as a pump? And maybe not just limited to rimfire and hand gun rounds. Why not go ahead and make one in 243, or '06?
