What parts of a revolver can you mail?

I am considering parting-out an old colt new police revolver. On a revolver, does anyone know what parts can't be shipped regular mail. I know that on an automatic you can't ship a receiver. What are the restrictions for a revolver? Can I sell the frame? cylinder? hammer assembly etc?

The frame is the gun on a revolver. So cylinders, barrels, hammers, triggers, springs, cranes etc. should all be fine so long as you don't mail the frame without that going to an FFL.
