You could find load data for all of the rounds you listed with 3 powders,

W231
H110
IMR3031

38 special gets Win 231.
357 target and light loads 231, full loads gets Win 296.

Although I’m fairly generic….

Most Any handgun cartridge can be loaded with Unique, and even with all the other powders, I use Unique for about 75% of my loads. I have specialty powders for specific roles… W296, IMR4227, W244.

5.56mm… H335

Cast rifle… IMR4198; alternates H4198 or AA5744.

short barrel .308… IMR3031

long barrel, 168grn + .308… IMR4064

M1 Garand… you have to ask? IMR4895

Jacketed .45-70… IMR3031

38/357 Bullseye, Unique, AA#5,7, TiteGroup, HS6, W231
40 S&W Unique, Ramshot Competition, AA#5, Red Dot
30-30 LeveRevolution, IMR 3031
30-06 IMR 4064, 4895
45-70 (1895 Marlin) LeveRevolution

To be honest though, there’s not much you can’t do with just Unique, Bullseye, and IMR 3031 powders.
