As a person who has carried a sidearm for over 40 years, I can only share what I have learned and what works for me, FWIW.
All the guns on your wish list are fantastic firearms BUT you will find that they will become heavy after a few hours, you will probably have to dress around your carry piece which could mean new clothes. All the guns on your list WILL become uncomfortable if carried IWB for long periods of time, which is why most gun carrying professionals carry OWB on their belt. Regardless of who tells you differently, IWB CCW will be annoying until you acclimate yourself to that method of carry. You will have people telling you that they can CCW a full size 1911 while wearing a thong Speedo on South Beach. It has been written that a CCW may not always be comfortable but they are always comforting. Just about everyone who decides to carry a concealed weapon tends to "overarm" themselves thinking they need a cannon with three or four extra magazines. The truth is you don't need all that unless your headed to Iraq for "contractor" duty, then you can't get enough. In over forty years of carrying a handgun, I can count on one hand the number of times I had to "break leather" and have never fired any of my CCWs in anger. 99.9% of people who CCW will never need to use their piece.
You left off one of the better CCWs around, that being a Kahr, the PM9 is very light and very thin, you will find it very comfortable for all day carry. It carries 7 rounds of 9MM which is plenty. Remember the rule of threes: "Most gunfights are fought at a distance of three feet, with three shots fired and are over in three seconds. Having said that, you need a very reliable (no Kel-Tecs please), very easy to get at, very controllable piece that can be brought to bare quickly and brought back to point of aim quickly after firing. 9MM does all these things.
Holsters: over the years I have spent hundreds of dollars on holsters, leather, kydex and nylon. I have a box full of misc holsters that aren't used.
Today I carry my Kahr MK9 in an Uncle Mike's #36 holster, this is a nylon IWB holster that costs $11.00 and of all my holsters, it is the most comfortable for me. I wear it outside my waistband but behind the belt. It disappears under a "T" shirt and is extremely comfortable.
Good luck in your search, don't leave Kahr Arms out, they come in 9MM and 40S&W and are great CCWs.
