you order a firearm from a dealer told them to ship it to your ffl. You contact your ffl they send their paper work to the dealer then 4 days later the firearm showes up to your front door not your ffl.:what:
Now what do you do?

BTW this did not happen to me.........but I wish it would:evil:
 
I would take it to my FFL guy and have him do the transaction and pay him his fee, just to make sure I was clean.

But then again, I'm fortunate enough to have a personal aquaintance do my FFL's, he's only one block off of my daily commute and he only charges $10.

Know your state's rules....if it's an in state transaction on a long gun, you may not even need to use a dealer as the intermediary.
 
Unless the state has some registration laws I wouldn't do anything to the firearm except take it to the range and shoot it, you aren't guilty of anything, the FFL that sent it is. I would call them and tell them what happened.
