Whats an Anschutz 54.18 going for today

My brother is thinking of selling his 54.18 Silhouette rifle. It's one without the thumb-hole stock. It's in excellent condition with only minor handling marks. He recently hurt his back and is no longer able to compete. I wish I could take it from him but I can't afford it. I know that when I was shooting it it made less than a penny size group at 100 yards with Federal UM1 ammo. Impressive for a 22lr. Any info would be appreciated.
 
i'm not sure about that exact model, but i got my Anschutz 1412 (M54 action Sporter) Silhouette a couple of years ago for $1400
 
$800-$1,100 is not uncommon for a used gun and they are normally worth every penny. "Annies" typically shoot in a whole different league from most other rimfires.
