What's the best "true" pocket pistol...?

Again I am going to say pretty good response for a worn out topic and passionate too.

PX 15 isn't it great to own a piece of (history) and artwork disguised as a handgun or is it vice versa.....Seecamp .380..it's hard to be humble.

But I gotta tell ya...on the moderate to high end revolver side the M&P 340 with crimson trace grips and XS standard night site, .357 capable in a Mika Pocket Holster it just doesn't get more versatile.

DAdams,

Yep, I love my LWS380...

But what is good for one person simply is not right for another, so it's nice that we can all have choices that might appeal, or not interest the next person shopping for the "perfect" firearm.

I like snubbys too. And I think my J-frame 638 Airweight Bodyguard is as fine a snubby as I've personally ever owned. Sweet trigger, and with the CT/s a tack driver.

Just choices.. :D

Have a great weekend.

Best Wishes,

Jesse

I've carried several different .380s, a .32 ACP, several different .38s, a couple of 9mms, and a couple of .44 Spls. as pants pocket guns. Now, I carry a Rohrbaugh R9s most of the time, and a Charter .44 Spl. Bulldog the rest of the time.

Ok....I finally made my purchase... I decided on the S&W 642. After much deliberation and pondering, today I went and selected a new 642, and brought it home. It was the same price as the LCR, just under $400, and I decided to go with a proven winner. Nothing against the LCR... I was originally leaning towards the Ruger early on... Thanks for all of the opinions and info by all of you...As quick as I shoot it, I'll give a report... Now I have to learn to carry it concealed...I've been used to totin' IWB with Glocks and Kimbers... I need a belt holster, as well as a jeans pocket and jacket holster...Thanks again!!! Open for suggestions on new leather....

Dear Tacbandit,

I'm enjoying the Don Hume JIT for my snubby. Maybe you should try one. It will double as a pocket holster until you get your Mika made.

For pocket carry, I enjoy my Aholster.com for my Glock 27.

That custom made holster would be even better with a 642. There is a pic of a snubby on that site.
