Ok so I picked up an "11 round" mag with the +2 extender on it for my Glock 27 today while I was shopping for some goodies. So I go home and when I load it up the darn thing won't hold more than the standard 9 rounds!! Is there something I'm missing here cause other wise I'm pretty ticked off!! :cuss:

Try using the "Austrian Slap" to make sure the rounds are seated properly. Load it as much as you can and smack the floorplate with the heel of your hand a couple of times, and try again.

If that doesn't work, take the mag apart to make sure there's nothing obstructing the follower or spring.

I already took it apart to make sure there wasn't a block in there. There doesn't appear to be anything that would block it, but it also doesn't look like the extra 2 rounds even fit in there. The spring would have to be super compressed and it just doesn't look like it's gonna happen.

Well this is definately weird. After switching the mag springs from my original 9 round mag to the new 11 round mag it now holds the 11. I'm utterly confused.

had a couple of these. after a little fumbling, they worked as advertised. then had to shoot a half crate of ammo before i trusted them. the extra grip length seemed odd after getting used to standard. however, 20 rounds of 9s in my G17 gave me bragging rights. the extra grip length on my G26 interferred with the purpose of a pocket gun, concealibity, or so it seemed to me. had i started with these, i may not have known the difference. i put them away and after a few years, they were no longer available. i sold them for a very nice profit. i did not particularly like the guy i sold them to, so no feelings of giuilt. hope you like yours.

That was one of my concerns. I originally wanted to look at just the extra finger groove, but that would just add more bulk with not much benefit. I ended up goin with the plus 2 extender since at least with the extra bulk it adds 2 more rounds. I figure when I carry in my ankle holster I'll leave the flush mag in, but for an IWB carry the extra finger groove and 2 extra rounds are nice and it doesn't make it all the much more bulky.
