I have looked on Beretta USA website at the shotgun selection and it appears that they have a wide variaty of Silver Pigeons (II, III, IV, etc.) I can't see much of a difference between all these models except, of course, for the price tag. Can anyone please explain the difference if they can.

Trying to make sense of Beretta o/u models is like trying to make sense of Italian politics. They are both changing constantly and there's not much consistency year over year.
The biggest differences are are engraving and wood quality. The better they are the most they cost. In the high end EELL, you get side plates
which provide more room for more engraving.
