What's the story on THR dispute?

I might be the last one to know, so fill me in if you can please. I've just read that the ownership/control of The High Road is in legal dispute. What is the story?

This is a pretty great place, I've learned a lot here and enjoy the company and would hate for it to be in danger.

There was a dispute over ownership regarding whether certain verbal agreements are legitimate after someone decided they wanted to sell THR out without doing their due diligence. Attempts at mediation failed, and the aggrieved parties are now in court.

In keeping with the spirit of what The High Road is about, we are simply awaiting the outcome of the decision of the court, whatever that may be.
