What's your cheapest .223 loading?

One of my biggest problems with the .223 how expensive it's become. The cheapest non-brown/silver/golden bear .223 hangs just around $15 a box of 20 in my area. Reloading usually means cheaper.

So, anyone here worked out a reloading regiment that brings the .223 price-per-cartridge down?

Assuming my time is free... and not counting taxes or shipping.

77gr SMK, New LC Brass, CCI #41 Primer, 24.0 gr RL-15 for $0.52/round. If brass is used for 3 loadings then $0.40/round.

Per one round:

12c jacketed bullet, (montanagoldbullet). You can get plated bullets for less. You can even cast your own for free.
5c powder
3c primer

The above gives 20cents a shot provided you have free brass from a range.

Оnce fired brass is 7c (gunbroker). Considering 10 times reloading this adds .7 cents per shot.

Bulk Hornady FMJBT- .076
Remington 7 1/2 primer- .033
Most any powder, 1lb at a time - .087
Total- 19.6 cents per round.

This gets cheaper if you get powder in larger lots- problem I have is nobody carries 5 or 8lb jugs around here. Once I lock in the powder I like, I'll mail order at least 16 lbs, and the price comes down even more.

I usually bring home more brass than I shoot.
