What's your next semi-auto handgun purchase?

I'm just starting to get downright LUSTY over the thought of a 10mm, for what reason I don't know!! This sort of thing usually percolates thru my brain for several months before I succumb to the call and make the purchase. What's start'n to wind YOUR mainspring?

Thinking about a Glock 20 10mm! Went to Gander here in Knoxville but they didn't have any, special order was 1 to 2 weeks. Didn't want to wait, I'm more of an impulse buyer. Ha.

Tried to handle a Ruger sr9c but they didn't have that either. Held the regular sr9, felt good.

Been looking at YouTube videos and the G17 is growing on me, although now it feels lik I'm giving up the 10mm dream.

Really wanting a STI Trojan, but can't buy a new one in California. Looking at several options to make that happen (Private party/LEO transfer, etc.) while looking at other 1911 models (S&W, Sig).

Funny, me too. I considered one a few years ago as a bear gun in the mountains. I ruled it out and got a .44 magnum. Now that I sometimes "cheat" on that and carry a .357, I've come back to realize I could as well carry a 10mm loaded properly.

For me it will be a Colt Delta Elite, 1st generation, blued. I've been having a running email conversation with member TXhorns80 for some time now. He's in the same line of thought, even though he's got a DW 10mm pretty new-ish. I have a well-loved two-tone Combat Elite 1st gen., a 1st gen. Delta would go nicely with it.

But I'd also snap a good deal on a P6 or any clean Colt Series '70 that drifted through my sights, too... But the DE is the one I will go look for when the gun kitty is back in the positive (currently two guns negative!).

I just pulled the trigger (pun intended) on a German built Walther PPK/S .380. Unfired and in the box. I'll try to rectify that problem sometime this coming weekend.

I just can't decide. It will probably be a Kimber Crimson Carry 4" or a Glock 34. Or possibly a Kahr, or whatever jumps out of the case and follows me home.

Right now my EDC is a Taurus PT709 Slim. The Slim is a good reliable carry gun, but I won't lie...I bought it for the price. As soon as finances allow I'm replacing it with a Kahr PM45, which is my next semi-auto handgun purchase.
I'm also planning to get a .22lr pistol, either a P22 or Mosquito

I have already made my next handgun purchase, but it's not due to arrive before Sept. It's an STI Trojan 5.0 9mm, but with some modifications from the STI Custom shop. I had them leave off the engraving on the slide, the front serations, went with a solid aluminum trigger and a fiber optic front sight. I could not wait so I got a SIG P238 to hold me over until then, that is SIG #6 and probably my last one. I plan to use the Trojan in IDPA and USPSA, it will replace my Glock G34, good pistol but the trigger is not that of a 1911.
Snort: I too have or had a jones for the 10mm but I saw the price of 10mm ammo... jones gone!

the new Remington 1911 .45 as soon as it is availble, then a Colt Commander. I do believe that Texas will pass a law just like Arizona did and in this part of Texas we are full of illegals that are really gonna be unhappy, (this could be a real test for the Texas Castle Law) and I am gonna be ready....the .45 is the only caliber I trust as a manstopper from experience in the Southeast Asia War Games.

i have a sig p229 .40(no rail) used on layaway which i will probably pick up this weekend. then i will be done, if i can keep myself from buying a delta elite. i love 1911's & the 10mm looks like a fun albeit expensive round.

There are several guns I would like to have, but there is no money for them. I am wanting a CZ75BD as a "big brother" to my PCR, a 1911 that works (thinking of a RIA "Tactical"), a SIG P220 SAO, a pocket .380 (thinking of a LCP) and possibly a Bersa Thunder 9.
