So what is your take on how the USSC oral arguments went in Raich? I think this is going to be a pivotal case regarding state's rights and the limits on the powers of the federal government.
So what's your take? Is the USSC going to conclude that states have the right to control intrastate commerce within their own states, or are they going to cave to the "War on Drugs" and cannonize the federal government's power grab?
