I have never owned one or known anyone who has, so I turn to you guys for your opinions. Let me know what you guys think of this gun. I was going to get a browning a bolt(great deal), but it seems that it fell through. I appreciate your thoughts.

if you're looking for a long action caliber they are decent guns at a decent price. It semi disgusts me that they replaced the 595/695's with a cheapened up rifle and charged the same or more for them, but they still aren't a bad deal comparatively I suppose. They only come with long actions however so if you get one in a short action caliber you still have a long action, which is pretty damned cheesy too. They used to have a real problem with cracked wood on the wood stocked models, but I haven't heard that lately so maybe they finally got that taken care of.

I really like them. Light, very accurate, very slick, adjustable trigger. My only gripes are expensive magazines and a two position safety that doesn't allow working the bolt with the safety engaged.

terrible pict but I like this rifle so far , T3 Lite in .308. Nice trigger , groups well at 100 , aint had a chance to shoot it past that at 100 , I am pretty much a newbie to rifles , having most of my trigger time on handguns and subguns. For the price I am pretty happy with it. Groups under an inch are easy at 100 yards shooting prone with the bipod. Certainly more accurate that I am right now , but I am working on it. :)

Scope is a Super Sniper 10x on both the AR and the T3.
