We'd probably be amazed at how many people actually believe that. I always figured, plenty of people were killed before guns were invented, and look at the prison system, where a guy with a 2-cent bic razor can kill you. But there are no guns there, so no one should be dying...:banghead:

We are heading into some of the most troubling times in American history. I just can't believe that people are sitting back and allowing the slow but steady loss of our rights and privacy. I guess we are all too busy trying to live day to day.

I have yet to meet a anti-gunner that believed that a complete gun ban would stop people from killing each other. Their reasoning for removing firearms from civilian hands is to help reduce the murders, and accidental deaths rates.

I have several axes, tomahawks, dirks, daggers, swords etc, and honestly I still would pick my gun first. Much more civilized.

When a society takes away its people's guns,
You no longer have a society you have Masters and Slaves.
Your master in D.C. will say, “We need to take control of every aspect of your life.”, and your only reply should be Bleat, Bleat, Bleat !! Anything else is unacceptable and you will need reeducation.
Look at the pace at witch our Society is failing. We as a whole tax paying body send Billions of dollars to the bunch of overspending Communist and Socialist Clowns in Washington every year and they blow it on useless project and pork to get reelected for 20+ years or more. That is a failure.
They spend, spend, spend on useless minutia and bureaucracy while our Brave Soldiers suffer from being thrown into the crucible of the Mideast with so many restrictions placed on them that it is safer to get shot or blown up rather than engage the enemy. That is a failure.
They say all we need to fix education is to spend a Billion more dollars every year that will fix it, and still we get graduates that are Dumb as a Box of Rocks, Socially promoted so as not to hurt there feelings. That is a failure. I can go on and on here but you get the point, I hope.
The point being simply this, They know that we know they have failed at every project and grand scheme they have undertaken. They also know it is only a matter of time before people start to say, “Enough!!, We know your idea of Power for you and Equal Misery for the rest is a farce and we will no longer take it”. So what is the answer you might ask? Well to this Power Mad Self-centered bunch of Communist and Socialist Political Clowns The answer will always be a disarmed populace because an unarmed man is easy to control.
One last rant before I go lets all start to use the proper terms when discussing Our Fearless Leaders In D.C. Now say it with me........
