Finally got my loads down for my .357's. Lee 158 SWC sized .358 & tumble lubed over 5.0 gr Bullseye set off by CCI 500's at 1.56" OAL. Fired out of my 6" GP-100 and wife's 2" EAA Windictor we put around 100 rounds through a paint can at 100 yds. After ~75 rounds the Windicator barrel was still shiney with just a touch of powder residue. The Ruger barrel has a touch of grey but doesn't need to be cleaned. Fired around 400 rounds of 357
Didn't do as well with the Astra A-100 9mm. :banghead: Hit the can about 60% and kept the others within 12". Has some light leading and ejection was about 2 feet nice and neat. Load is Lee 124 TC sized .356 & tumble lubed over 3.9 gr Bullseye set off by CCI 500's at 1.10" OAL.
A slight adjustment to the 9mm and I'm done with these. Fired around 200 rds.
At the end of the day you couldn't take a stick and knock the grin off of my face. This is what reloading is about.
Oh yeah, these cost me $46.00/1000 to build
