When the Police ARE the Home Invaders

Not sure if this has been posted before.



A (perhaps not so) rare, unusual situation.

They guy doesn't seem to have done anything wrong, to my superficial eye - and he seems to have gotten screwed by the legal process regardless.

What can you do in the aftermath of such a situation to get your life back?

Very recently there were two cases of people shooting LE who they honestly thought were home invaders who were finally acquitted. It took years and a lot of money. I am sure they'd rather be broke than in prison, even though one of them IS going to prison on a different charge.
