Where are all the Springfield 1911s?

I'm in Florida and I don't see any. I cant seem to find any of the mil-specs online and in stock. Where are they? It seems that a lot of people who like the 1911 platform have one but I cant seem to find one... :confused:

Thats odd. Every local gun store I go to here in Georgia usually has them.

Man, Georgia is not only cutting off the flow of water to Florida, now they're cutting off the flow of Springfield 1911's. You dirty dogs.;)
 
Got my mil spec SA back in the mid to late 1980's for $240 from a co-worker. One of the first ones SA put out back then. Been with me since. Had to sell off almost all my guns in 1993 due to nasty divorce. Kept the mil spec. Always been 100% reliable. Upgraded it back about 10 years ago but am going to take it back to bone stock for nostalgia.

Just bought a loaded model here with adjustable sights a couple weeks ago here in indiana. Fine shooter:)
