Recob is a good place. They don't always list what they got in stock BTW. When I order from them I do it through the phone and ask what else they got. Scored 4# of Bullseye this way in April.

True Blue at Midway today...hope ya got some

I ordered some and kept going back to see how long it took to become unavailable again. About 10 minutes...

PS: That is the first True Blue I have seen online in quite some time.

I've seen some Silhouette and some Zip (neither recently) but never True Blue...

It might be in-store only, check the website, but Cabela's has a Memorial Day sale, already running, that includes 15% off all brands of primers. That translates into $33.99 for CCI instead of 39.99. I bought a brick because we now have a local store (huge) and with State/local sales tax, buying 1000 at a time just to top off my supply is still better than most mail order net cost.

It might just be an allocation from Western Powders, because Midway doesn't stock powder. It is drop shipped.

Hi RealGun,
Yes I've heard that Powder Valley takes care of Midway's orders? I went straight to Powder Valley to see if they had some but no joy.

In any case it's nice to see some of Western's pistol powder showing up again; haven't seen much of it lately; hopefully it's a trend...

So my hunt for Titegroup has made me begin to feel that I have a better chance hunting snipes.

As a last ditch effort I tried Craigslist as a want to trade/want to buy. I offered up 3lbs of sealed, same lot, H-4895. I found a guy who couldn't find rifle powder but had "stashed" (his words) a ridiculous amount of pistol powder. He didn't have TiteGroup but really wanted the powder I had. This is what I got for my powder.. Unique appears to be entirely full, as does one of the Bullseyes. The W231 had 14oz, the Power Pistol had 13oz, and the last Bullseye had 14oz.

Not what I was wanting/needing..but maybe it will give me some room to again, try and do some more trading.

Or maybe I'll just try these out.. Since the only one I have ever used before is the W231.

Bl-2C at Recobs

Well nutz again sort of. After waiting for 8 lbs of BL-c2, I finally ordered and got, 8 lbs of H-335 which I am happy with. Now Recobs has 1 and 8 lbs jugs of BL-2C.....oh well.

With Bullseye, W231, Unique, and Power Pistol, heck, you don't need Titegroup. Those would cover all but the magnum pistol calibers.

Went for a Sunday afternoon drive 5/18 and stopped in at one of the largest gun stores in southern Michigan. Shelves were full of primers all sizes, many makes, powder shelves full, rifle, handgun, shotshell, many mfg., plenty of bullets & cases. Normal prices, example powder ran from $18 to $22 a lb.

Is anyone having luck backordering from midsouth shooters supply

I snagged 8 lb. SR-7625 earlier this year. Have been on the list for HP-38, but nothing. They had some W-231 about 2 months back, but were not taking b/o.

They don't charge your card until shipment, and you can cancel the b/o. Realistically, you have nothing to lose if you order from Midsouth and keep searching other sources.

Bobs gun shop in Norfolk still had benchmark and a range of IMR powders in stock today.

I picked up their last pound of CFE223. Still waiting for some bullseye!

Did you go to the gunshow last weekend? Picked up 4 lbs of BE there at $30 a lbs.

Again, Recobs has BL-C2 in 1 and 8 lbs jugs. I knew this would happen;) Also H-335 in 1 and 8 lbs jugs...
